Hi my name is Edwin and I am taking the State Government to Federal Court in order to save Possum Park / Pirltawardli from the chainsaws & bulldozers being used to make way for a golf course extension.

Hundreds of mature trees have already been removed, including some estimated to be more than 100 years old, with further losses anticipated if works continue.

If I lose, I may be held personally liable for the legal costs of the Government which could bankrupt me. Please chip in to the fighting fund.

The Adelaide Park Lands are National Heritage-listed and provide significant environmental, cultural, historical, and community value. The legal action seeks to compel consideration of these values and calls on the Federal Environment Minister to intervene to prevent further irreversible damage.
